Sound Heart Conference Tickets
We understand that plans can change. Refund requests for the 2026 Sound Heart Conference may be submitted up to 10 days before the conference begins.
The conference begins on October 31, 2026. Refund requests must therefore be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
After October 21, 2026, tickets are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or applicable Eventbrite policies.
How to Request a Refund
All Sound Heart Conference tickets are sold through Eventbrite, including General Admission tickets, child admission tickets, and Kids Program tickets.
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite using the order associated with your ticket. Eligible attendees can access their Eventbrite account, locate their order, and select Request a refund where that option is available. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on Eventbrite, the payment provider, and your financial institution.
Event Cancellation or Changes
If the 2026 Sound Heart Conference is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified through the contact information associated with their Eventbrite order and provided with information regarding the refund process.
Eventbrite requires organizers to refund attendees when an event is cancelled and does not take place.
Conference schedules, speakers, sessions, activities, and other program details may change. Changes to speakers, schedules, sessions, activities, or other conference programming do not automatically make a ticket eligible for a refund after the refund deadline, except where required by applicable law or applicable Eventbrite policies.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are not permitted. Tickets may not be transferred to another person after purchase.
Kids Program and Child Tickets
Refund requests for Kids Program tickets and child admission tickets are subject to the same refund deadline.
Requests must be submitted through Eventbrite no later than October 21, 2026. After this date, these tickets are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or applicable Eventbrite policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared on your account, please allow time for Eventbrite, your payment provider, and your financial institution to process it.
Eventbrite advises that refunds can take several business days to appear after they have been issued.
